JOB DESCRIPTION:

Midwestern Securities is searching for a client-focused Financial Advisor to join Legacy Financial Services, the investment services division inside Bank of Luxemburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, proven producer who is ready to grow their book and service their clients with the support of a well-established, community-based financial institution. This advisor will operate out of the Green Bay, Wis. offices.
The main role of the Financial Advisor is to create lasting relationships with clients by helping them make intelligent financial decisions based on their unique situations and goals. He/she will focus on creating meaningful investment solutions for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a portion of division’s current book of business
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with current and potential clients
  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain a solid fee-based and commission book of clients using all available resources, including the bank’s customer base, the advisor’s own network of connections, and proactive prospecting in the community
  • Develop a strategic business plan for the division and make regular progress toward the goals you set for the division
  • Effectively communicate with people with a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels
