Role Overview The Financial Advisor will be at the forefront of our company’s mission and instrumental in expanding our client base, creating client relationships, and growing assets at Evergreen, a Registered Investment Advisor. The Financial Advisor role focuses on building relationships and converting prospects to clients. Relationship building, communication, and strong financial planning knowledge is needed to engage prospective clients. This role is a Monday-Friday onsite role in Plano, Texas. Key Responsibilities Be a product expert, articulate the unique value proposition of Evergreen Wealth, and seamlessly guide clients through enrollment and funding their accounts. Prospecting by leveraging inbound and outbound calls, chat, SMS, and emails to spark interest, create impactful first impressions, and create an understanding of Evergreen's product offerings. Apply industry knowledge and financial concepts to client interactions. Establish rapport, assess client needs, gauge interest and establish credibility in Evergreen Wealth and our offerings. Collaborate effectively with your team and company, contributing to company-wide Assets Under Management goals. Ensure all activities and client interactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Adapt and learn quickly. Qualifications Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and communicate complex concepts clearly. FINRA Series 65 or equivalent. At least two years of sales experience or working in a financial services capacity. Self-motivated and able to self-manage activity to create success for clients. Knowledge of investment products, services, and financial advisory concepts. Excellent operational, time management, and follow-up skills. Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously to respond to customer inquiries (CRM fluency with apps and navigating technology). Why Evergreen Wealth?
