OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Executive Assistant and Marketing Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial advisory and marketing concepts and services. This role requires supporting a seasoned Financial Advisor in various areas and leading all our firm’s marketing initiatives utilizing branch personnel and systems. This is a hybrid-work position. Bonus-eligible.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of client acquisition.
  • Self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker.
  • Excellent time management skills and multi-taking.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Familiarity with securities, life insurance, annuities, compliance, and related terminology.
  • Proficient with Adobe and Adobe Sign.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, as part of an overall marketing plan, to increase brand awareness, deepen relationships with existing clients and drive client acquisition where applicable.
  • Analyze marketing trends and best practices to recommend optimal business development strategies based on analytics and feedback.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
  • Perform all aspects of client service including completion of all new business applications, submitting and follow up of all new business, rectification of NIGO’s on account and insurance applications, tracking and completion of all aspects of underwriting and Transfer of Assets.
  • Servicing all related investment account, life and annuity existing policies.
  • Paraplanner.
  • Assistance with scheduling & confirming client meetings.
