Validation Model (0-15M) Designed for advisers building or transitioning: Structured onboarding Full support across all functions Clear progression pathway Access to Hoxton client opportunities 2. Established Adviser Model (15M+) For advisers with a proven client bank: Dedicated paraplanning + admin support Flexibility across platform and provider usage (initially) Gradual alignment to Hoxton infrastructure Optional team build-out around you 3.
