About the Role We are seeking a Financial Advisor II (CFP® or actively pursuing the designation) to join our team and support a lead Financial Advisor in servicing an existing client base. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to grow in the financial planning profession, gain hands-on experience working directly with clients, and work within a collaborative RIA environment. You will have the support of a team of specialists across investment management, financial and retirement planning, and insurance, allowing you to deliver holistic, personalized advice that makes a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Support the management and service of client relationships, acting as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries and routine requests. Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including agendas, financial plan updates, and follow-up summaries. Gather, analyze, and input client data into financial planning software; update and maintain comprehensive financial plans. Assist the lead advisor with planning recommendations, implementation, and follow-up on action items. Prepare client reports, investment reviews, and performance summaries. Maintain CRM records, workflows, and task lists to ensure timely and accurate client service. Assist with practice management initiatives, process improvements, and ongoing projects to enhance client experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Two years of experience working as Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) preferred. CFP® designation, or work towards this designation, highly preferred. Experience working with Money Guide Pro highly preferred. FINRA Series 65 license preferred but not required. Experience in managing client relationships and delivering fiduciary-level service. Strong knowledge of investment products, markets, and financial planning principles. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. Highly organized, client-focused, and results-driven. Successful completion of a background and credit check.
