Overview WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST seeks a dynamic Financial Advisor Relationship Manager who will provide high-level service to new and existing institutional retirement plan clients. Responsibilities Client Engagement & Presentations: Serve in a critical client-facing role by delivering plan reviews and other presentations—often in partnership with a Senior Financial Advisor. Confidently lead meetings independently as needed. Proactive Client Service: Stay informed on client needs, anticipate concerns, and provide proactive, high-quality support to retirement plan sponsors. Cross-Department Liaison: Act as the bridge between the Senior Financial Advisor and other internal teams. Maintain strong rapport, communicate clearly, and foster a positive, team-oriented collaborative environment. Marketing & Business Development Support: Assist with marketing initiatives to cultivate new client opportunities and contribute to the team’s overall growth strategy. Continuous Learning: Remain current on industry trends, planning topics, and best practices. Embrace ongoing education and development opportunities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience working in client service/relationship management in the retirement plan recordkeeping, investment advisory, or financial services industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and passion for service Series 6, 7, or 65 preferred or must obtain within 90 days of start date. Desired Qualifications/Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a technical audience, retirement plan and/or investment committees, and C-suite executives, etc. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
