About the Role - Evans May Wealth is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing firm and manage existing client relationships and referrals. This is not a cold calling or purely prospecting driven role. The primary focus is high-quality client management, planning execution, and relationship deepening. In addition to managing inbound opportunities, this role includes targeted business development efforts such as cultivating centers of influence (COIs), participating in firm-sponsored growth initiatives, and selectively growing the firm’s client base. This opportunity is ideal for an advisor who thrives in a collaborative environment, values precision and follow-through, and wants to spend the majority of their time delivering thoughtful, high-quality advice to clients. Your Role & Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients provided by the firm Lead comprehensive financial planning engagements Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients and prospects Identify, solicit, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners Represent the firm through thought leadership, client events, and community involvement Partner closely with operations and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience Identify additional planning opportunities within existing client relationships Participate in some business development, though the role is primarily focused on existing client relationships Uphold the firm’s high standards for execution, accuracy, and responsiveness Requirements What We’re Looking For: 5–7+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor CFP® designation (required)· Strong experience working with HNW clients Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage complexity while delivering a white-glove client experience Cultural alignment: collaborative, accountable, client-first mindset Why Evans May Wealth?
