QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 1+ year of experience in admissions, financial aid, student services, or related administration.
  • Diploma/degree in Business, Education, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of student services processes, compliance, and documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with SIS, CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to student success.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Liberty College of Management is seeking a Financial Aid & Admissions Officer to join our team at the London campus. This joint position plays a critical role in supporting students from their first inquiry through enrollment, while also guiding them through financial aid processes to ensure access and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students by phone, email, and in person.
  • Guide students step by step through the admissions process.
  • Review and evaluate applications to confirm eligibility and document accuracy.
  • Support new students with onboarding and orientation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate student records and prepare admissions reports.
  • Advise students on financial aid options, eligibility criteria, and application timelines.
  • Assist with financial aid applications and supporting documents.
  • Process financial aid applications, assessments, and awards in line with policies.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and federal financial aid regulations.
  • Maintain financial aid files, databases, and prepare required reports.
