Pennsylvania Institute of Technology is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor Title: Financial Aid Advisor Reports to: Director of Financial Aid Position Type: Temporary (concludes June 2026);  Full-Time. Hybrid schedule is available./ Primary Responsibilities: * Provide students and their families with loan counseling and accurate information regarding the application process and their eligibility for State and Federal financial assistance, including alternative financing, and/or institutional payment plans.  * Determine students’ Title IV eligibility through an approved needs analysis financial aid software system.   * Administer Federal Funding and remain compliant with all Federal and State Regulations Required Educational and Experience Qualifications: 1-3 years Financial Aid Experience, associate degree required Preferred Educational and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 3-5 years customer service Additional Duties: Any projects, reports and additional duties the supervisor delegates List helpful qualities/skills: Detail oriented, multitasking, retention of information, self-starter, reliable and good communication  Pennsylvania Institute of Technology shall, in its discretion, modify or adjust the position to meet the school’s changing needs.
