Financial Aid Advisor - Lincoln Tech Houston We're looking for an experienced financial aid professional who understands the unique needs of career-focused students pursuing skilled trades education. If you have 1+ years of hands-on financial aid experience in higher education and enjoy helping students navigate Title IV funding for shorter-term programs, this role could be perfect for you. What You'll Bring: * 1+ years of current financial aid experience in higher education - this is essential * Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance * Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and corporate financial aid teams * Detail-oriented approach to data management and file maintenance * Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience What You'll Do: * Guide students through the complete financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance * Manage student information systems, data entry, and electronic file maintenance * Support New, Veteran, and Agency students with specialized funding needs * Participate in campus orientations and student start events * Collaborate with FA Managers and Regional Directors Why You'll Love This Role: You'll work directly with motivated students who are investing in career-changing skills training.
