ATS Institute of Technology is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Advisor for a remote, three-month Fall contract. If you are a financial aid professional who knows Title IV inside and out, can plug into a team seamlessly, and hit the ground running—this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced financial aid office and familiarity working with third-party servicers, particularly Campus Ivy. What You’ll Do: In this short-term but high-impact role, you’ll support incoming students through the financial aid process, providing guidance, clarity, and confidence as they prepare to begin or continue their education. Your Responsibilities Include: Assisting students with the financial aid application process. Creating financial estimates based on aid availability and developing third-party student payment plans. Pursuing follow-ups to ensure students submit necessary documents on time. Delivering outstanding customer service through meetings, phone calls, and emails. Maintaining student files with precision and accuracy, and communicating effectively with third-party servicers. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial aid advising. Experience with third-party servicers (Campus Ivy preferred) Strong working knowledge of Title IV aid and compliance standards Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and integrate smoothly into established systems and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in virtual settings Exceptional listening and problem-solving capabilities. Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong adaptability to working independently or within a team.
