IH Expense Financial Analyst – Innovation and Automation We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Expense FP&A Analyst to join our IH Expense team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving automation, improving process efficiency, and delivering scalable solutions across expense forecasting and reporting. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end project work, leveraging tools such as Excel (including macros), Alteryx, IBM Planning Analytics, and other relevant technologies. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver process optimisation and automation projects from concept to implementation, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Design and optimize expense forecasting models and reporting processes using advanced Excel techniques, Alteryx workflows, and Planning Analytics (TM1) and any other similar tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Develop and maintain documentation for all new processes, tools, and workflows to ensure transparency and sustainability. Provide training and support to end users, ensuring adoption and understanding of new tools and processes. Monitor and maintain automated solutions, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with business needs. Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on enhancing FP&A capabilities and operational efficiency Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or process automation. Strong proficiency in Excel (including VBA/macros); experience with Alteryx and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar tools preferred but not essential. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
