Description

Support Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting process Support on all executive reviews from finance perspective and provide onshore financial reporting and analysis support for North America Region Provide training and support to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting; or Business Finance Proven track record in supporting executive-level financial reviews Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and tools, including BPC Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Support the Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting process while providing financial reporting and analysis for the North America Region. Train and support finance team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
