Mandatory * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques. * Experience preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and business performance summaries. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
