POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to provide expert financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance oversight. The role ensures accurate statutory and management reporting while delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Hybrid role with work from office at least 3 days a week.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Big 4 background with strong grounding in compliance and reporting.
  • 3+ years’ of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit
  • Demonstrated expertise in preparing and interpreting financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling and strong data reconciliation capability.
  • Strong technology skills and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Experience with SaaS/technology finance, including multi-year contracts and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Financial analysis: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement accounting and budgetary policies in line with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare, examine, and interpret financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Assist with complex accounting matters including revenue recognition, project accounting, cost allocation, and compliance reporting.
  • Analyse financial performance, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Reconcile and analyse large datasets from ERP, CRM, and billing systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Support pricing and commercial projects, including SaaS metrics.
  • Maintain robust forecasting models to guide operational decisions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure compliance and governance.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring accuracy of journals, ledgers, accruals, and reconciliations.
