The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established British real estate brokerage with a growing presence in Dubai. Medium-sized, privately owned and deliberately selective about who they hire, they have built a reputation on the standards British agency is known for: proper client care, straight advice and transactions that complete without drama. They now have the pipeline, the listings and the brand recognition to scale, and they are looking for a Head of Sales to lead that next phase.

This is a genuine leadership role, not a top-biller title. You will own the sales function end to end: the team, the numbers, the process and the culture.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:

Lead, manage and grow a team of property consultants across primary and secondary sales, taking full ownership of team revenue targets.
Recruit, onboard and retain high-calibre agents — building a bench of consultants who bill consistently rather than sporadically.
Coach on the floor: listing presentations, pricing conversations, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
Set and monitor KPIs across activity, pipeline, conversion and revenue, holding the team accountable to them week by week.
Own CRM discipline and reporting, giving the leadership team a clear and honest view of pipeline and forecast.
Build and maintain developer relationships to secure allocations, launch access and preferential commission terms.
Work alongside marketing to convert lead spend into instructions and completed deals.
Represent the business with clients, developers and industry partners, and remain personally involved in the firm's most significant transactions.

About You

Minimum 5 years' UAE real estate experience, with at least 2 in a sales management or team leadership capacity.
A demonstrable track record of building and developing agents — you can point to people you have made successful.
Strong command of the Dubai market: communities, developers, pricing, and both off-plan and secondary dynamics.
Comfortable being measured on team performance, and equally comfortable holding others to account.
Commercially sharp, organised, and confident with CRM, reporting and forecasting.
A valid UAE driving licence and RERA broker card, or the ability to obtain one on joining.
Fluent English; additional languages welcome.
