Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, and financial data extraction from Trial Balances and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities • Extract and analyze financial data from Trial Balances and GL systems • Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and identify key trends • Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning • Build interactive dashboards using Power BI • Prepare reports and insights for management decision-making • Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation with accounting teams • Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis/accounting • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query) • Hands-on experience with Power BI • Strong understanding of Trial Balance & financial statements • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will extract and analyze financial data from ERP systems to perform variance analysis and develop forecasting models. They are also responsible for building interactive dashboards and supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
