This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decisions making. The position is based in Paris and reports to the FP&A Manager. Responsibilities Support the operating activities of FP&A Support the monthly closing process by ensuring financial data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business activities. Follow up and control of the expenses in accordance with the budget (produce monthly variance analysis actuals vs budget and forecasts, investigate variances and provide business insights) Follow up headcount validation and costs on a specific scope Prepare and communicate monthly presentation and analysis to Senior Management Team Planning & Forecasting Maintain the company financial model, including forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning of income statement Define rolling monthly and quarterly financial forecasting, planning processes and requirements across all functions and departments driving appropriate collaboration, coordination, reporting and analysis.
