Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track job costs and project profitability in PROJECTS QB
  • Compare actual vs. estimated margins and flag any slippage or overages
  • Build profitability reports by client, region, or install type
  • Organize installer travel, hotel, mileage, and receipts
  • Assign all install-related expenses to the correct project
  • Reduce administrative workload for PMs and Finance by managing expense flow efficiently
  • Support Finance Manager on all collection calls and follow-up for past-due invoices
  • Ensure subcontractors are financially eligible to work for us (COI, W9, Subcontractor Agreement)
  • Complete and submit new customer packets for the Sales Team
  • Provide real-time analytics to keep sales and ops informed, aligned, and positioned for success
