Due to our rapid growth in the automotive industry, we are excited to announce a new position for a Financial Analyst at our Finance Hub in Asti, Italy. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tasks on a European scale, contributing to our continued success and expansion.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Support European Controlling Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities
  • Collect, analyze and consolidate monthly financial reporting information from Business Units and plants operating in Europe
  • Identify and explain major variances of the monthly reporting package
  • Support the Forecasting and Budgeting process, ensure deadlines are met and high quality of data is provided
  • Support FP&A Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities, leading to enhance business analysis and efficiency

Our requirements:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience in a financial controlling or reporting environment
  • Fluency in business English (oral and written)
  • Analytical mindset and great attention to details
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Flexibility for occasional travel within Europe

Would be advantageous:

  • Oracle experience
  • Understanding of data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI
