Job Description Preparing Financial models for infrastructure projects for assessing financial viability, economic feasibility and compare with the benchmark figures. Carrying out Sensitivity analysis Preparing detailed viability report capturing the key details as obtained in the financial model. Carrying out demand assessment, preparing market reports and presentations Communications – Good presentation skills. Understanding the concepts of public private partnerships (PPP) mode of project development Drafting RFP and Concession agreement Qualifications MBA – Finance with minimum 5 yrs experience in Financial Modelling in Infrastructure projects Additional Information Preference shall be given for those who is readily available to join.
