Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial feasibility analysis, creating financial models of potential investments, and transaction processing and calculations ranging across the real estate and finance industries. Qualifications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, lease agreements, market data, and other relevant information. Majority of time is spent assisting in the day-to-day operational activities of the business. Have direct access to all levels within the organization to gain direct training in finance and real estate principles. Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with the team. Communicate regularly and follow-up often. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful transactions and satisfied clients. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance. Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the team. Strong communication skills both written and verbal required. Proficiency in English. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Strong experience with Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented focus. Additional Information Salary: $95,000-$100,000 Yearly Base + Bonus We offer a competitive salary package, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
