TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting
• Month-end close and reconciliation experience
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with revenue recognition, gross margin analysis, and lease accounting (IFRS 16)

• Serve as a core member of the GL and reporting team within Finance.
• Analyze revenue streams, gross margin, and selected operating expenses.
• Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards.
• Support monthly intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Participate in period-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, P&L reviews, and financial statement preparation.
• Assist in calculating commissions and bonuses for sales and operations staff.
• Contribute to supplier and customer rebate program calculations.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Drive continuous improvement in internal controls.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects and provide accounting support as needed.
