Description Summary The Financial Analyst supports the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, with a focus on casino performance metrics and operational efficiency. This position analyzes key financial and gaming data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide actionable insights to management and department leaders. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the annual budget and forecasting processes for all gaming and non-gaming departments. Analyze financial and operational results, including key casino metrics such as coin-in, hold percentage, win per unit, labor cost ratios, and player performance. Prepare and distribute monthly financial performance reports and variance analyses versus budget and prior year. Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability by department. Work closely with department managers to identify cost efficiencies and revenue enhancement opportunities. Support long-range financial planning and scenario modeling for management and tribal leadership. Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting platforms. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, capital project evaluations, and management presentations. Skills/Abilities Strong understanding of gaming KPIs and financial reporting standards. Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with casino management systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
