QUALIFICATION

• Due to financial services industry compliance and regulatory requirement, and the fact that you will be handling clients’ assets and personal information, extreme accuracy and attention to details is required
• Ability to work full-time
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Accounting/Business/Finance/marketing major preferred. 0-5 years’ work experience
• Hold Bachelor’s degree or up. Master’s degree or above is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook Email
• Good understanding and knowledge in financial instruments are strongly preferred
• CFP, CFA, CPA certificate holders are strongly preferred

OUR PROGRAM

We are looking for professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication. Able to apply your product knowledge and wealth management talents to deliver clients with individualized and comprehensive advice.
An intensive and rigorous training and development program will be provided.
The candidate will start with Client Services role first and then rotate to different functional divisions, including Investment Management, Trading,
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. The program is broken out into three phases:
Phase 1:
Three months intern/probation period. The candidate is expected to be able to perform daily operation tasks and have a good grasp of our business and products in three months to pass the probation.
Phase 2:
Two years training period in operations. The candidate is expected to be able to answer the majority of clients’ non-investment related questions, have a deep understanding of all financial products and instruments used in our clients’ accounts, use tax and planning software to prepare reports for financial planning meetings.
Phase 3:

After two years training, the candidate is expected to pass series 7 and 66 exams, answer clients’ investment questions, and become a subject matter expert on at least one of the following fields: financial planning, trading and investment management, insurance, retirement plan and employee benefits.

• We sponsor FINRA series 7 and 66 exams.
• We sponsor H1(b) or H1(b) transfer, and green card.
• Health insurance and retirement plan are provided.
