BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated and motivated Financial Analyst to enhance our finance team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's financial success while developing your analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess performance and identify trends. Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasts and reports. Support the budgeting process through collaboration with various departments. Identify key performance indicators and recommend actions for improvement. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and prepare presentation materials for stakeholders. Monitor budget adherence and report variances as needed. Stay abreast of industry developments and economic factors affecting the company. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience. Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with financial software and ERP systems. Aptitude for teamwork and ability to work independently.
