Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

This role is all about business partnering, bridging the gap between our business operations and the central Finance team, providing crucial financial insights to help our senior staff make informed decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Finance Analyst (Business Partner), you’ll be working closely with divisional executives, helping them navigate their operational budgets. You’ll be responsible for developing budgets, preparing high-quality financial reports, and offering strategic advice to ensure we meet our goals. Your role will also involve engaging with stakeholders, providing financial advice, and identifying budget pressures to implement effective mitigation strategies.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in finance, with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline. Experience in a similar role would be a plus. You’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take on challenges head-on.
If you’re passionate about finance business partnering and want to contribute to a just, inclusive, and resilient community, we want to hear from you!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THIS ROLE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING YOUR APPLICATION.
