Position Overview:
Reporting to the Finance Director – Business Partnerships, this position requires commercial awareness and will include interaction with all Group Managing Directors / Operations Managers to assist them in ensuring that budgets are achieved; revenue is maximised and essential KPI’s are established then delivered.
The role involves working alongside the FD to help the group drive growth and profitability across the group businesses, (including owned offices) through measuring / monitoring performance (& comparing across the MD’s), aligning it to PLC objectives and the Franchisee objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Part-qualified / full-qualified accountant, a commercial thinker
· Strong interpersonal / communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends to inform decision-making.
· Excellent EXCEL / PowerPoint skills, with experience in presenting and “telling the story”
· Power BI knowledge ideal (but training will be provided if required)
· Thorough understanding of finance, and how to drive revenue
