Roles and Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Collections

• Prepare and issue monthly invoices accurately and on time
• Compile and follow up on outstanding dues, maintaining and actioning ageing reports
• 
  

Finance Records & Reporting

• Keep an updated record of monthly finance figures, updating the finance sheet as contracts are signed and renewed
• Update the monthly Renewal, New Business, and Upsell Commission sheets with the required invoice and job numbers
• 
  

CRM & Contract Administration

• Check that all new and renewal agreements are accurately recorded, and ensure New Business details are complete and correct
• Send monthly list of expiring accounts
• 
  

Budgeting Support

• Assist with the annual forecasting exercise and the preparation of the new budget
