For more information, visit wppmedia.com Role Summary and Impact We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst, Commercial to join our Finance team. In this role, you will assist in various financial tasks, including management reporting, budget and forecast processes, sales tracking, and P&L reviews, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. The analyst will support revenue and cost analysis and commercial and financial support to the operations team. Core Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing timely and accurate management reports. Perform variance analysis and identify key trends and insights. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting. Support the handling of full sets of financial data, including balance sheet items. Answer and address regional financial queries and provide necessary analysis and reports. Assist and handle ad hoc tasks and requests for management reviews. Operation and Financial Support Assist in preparing client reports and support client audits. Support internal communications to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflows. Track financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare documentation for internal controls and SOX compliance. Support legal document reviews and tax issues. Assist in optimizing workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency. Skills and Experience At WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people. Education and Experience: Diploma holder or above in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge in legal and contracts are advantageous. Experience in Marketing Communication, Media, or eCommerce is a plus. Skills and Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, organized, and detail oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced expertise in MS Excel. Proactive, aggressive, and results-oriented team player. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
