Are you a numbers-driven problem solver who thrives on turning data into strategy? As a Financial Analyst, you’ll dig into complex datasets, uncover insights, and influence critical decisions across sales, operations, supply chain, and leadership.
This isn’t just about crunching numbers—it’s about connecting the dots between financial outcomes and real-world operations. You’ll partner across the business to optimize pricing, logistics, and performance, while building dashboards and tools that drive smarter, faster decisions.

FINANCIAL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of financial analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, modeling, data analysis); ERP troubleshooting experience preferred. Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems

Responsibilities
  • Transform data into actionable insights that drive strategy and performance.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize financial, operational, and commercial dashboards
  • Analyze sales and margin performance by product, region, customer, and delivery type.
  • Partner with other departments on fleet utilization, routing efficiency, and fuel consumption trends.
  • Support pricing models, margin scenarios, and budgeting, surfacing key trends and anomalies.
  • Deliver clear, compelling insights to leadership that guide executive decision-making.
  • Improve data quality by collaborating with IT and business teams on integrations and validation.
  • Monitor cost drivers and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and uncover opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
