Supercharge your career with the support of a global team that empowers you to do your best work.  We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Drivetrain and Breaking Systems in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León.  Boulevard Nexxus 2505, Centro, 65550 Ciénega de Flores, N.L..  Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office.   In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Prepare financial analysis and reports to support departmental decision making. * Record and review journal entries of cash transactions. * Provide forecasts and cash balances at monthly closing. * Upload manual payments to bank portals and manage check requests. * Control intercompany loan balances and calculate associated interest. * Follow up on bank reconciliations and outstanding items. * Support internal and external audits. * Support the management of programs such as Car Leasing and purchasing processes and accounting coding. * Develop annual budgets, forecasts and statistical reports. To be successful in this role you will need the following:   * Proficiency in accounting systems and financial tool (Oracle system) * Experience in Accounting and/or Treasury  * Knowledge of banking portals and experience with local and international banks. * Desirable Intermediate English. * Skills in financial analysis, reporting and business partnerships.
