We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Finance for our Distribution Business in Indianapolis, IN.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Primary responsibility involves planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting CSSNA capital spending.
  • Responsible to communicate with dozens of capital leaders monthly to facilitate forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to think critically and ask probing questions is important.
  • Should feel comfortable leading many monthly meetings where data is gathered or presented.
  • Responsible to make capital prioritization recommendations to management after gathering relevant data.
  • 2 years CMI finance/accounting work experience strongly preferred.
