(DHi) is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide support for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial projects at once. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Provide financial insights to senior management to support decision-making. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Reporting & Documentation Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Review financial data and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Cost Analysis & Efficiency Perform cost analysis and help identify cost-saving opportunities. Support the financial planning process by analyzing business operations and identifying areas for improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense finance. Financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. Core Competencies Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in financial reports and documentation. Problem-Solving: Address financial issues and recommend solutions. Communication: Clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
