RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate experience in Financial Management, specifically training experience in developing financial diagrams, exercises and presenting financial materials. Perform financial research, reviews, analysis, and evaluate automated accounting system requirements. Process funding transfers to field divisions to ensure timely allocation of resources. De-obligate unused funds from field offices in accordance with financial guidelines. Submit vendor invoices for goods and services to facilitate accurate and timely payments. Prepare multiple daily and weekly reports detailing the Office of Management’s current fund status. Reconcile undelivered order balances to maintain accurate financial records. Create detailed and accurate quarterly budget reports for each assigned section’s programs. Perform a variety of complicated tasks to include leading and directing the work of other contractors. Requirements REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen Ability to pass a pre-employment background and credit check Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance Prior experience with a federal agency is preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or relevant field Strong oral and written communication skills. Briefing skills are preferred. The Contract Employee shall be able to learn investigative techniques, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other sources of information such as Scan Writer.
