This multifaceted role seeks a Financial Analyst professional, being capable of analyzing financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with: Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status. Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision making. Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins. Create reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals. Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis. Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills to support you in your role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as lateral thinking. Great presentation skills & eloquence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Organization & prioritizing skills. Experience, certificates, and education: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics. A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts). Strong finance, analytical and accounting skills. Very good operational and problem-solving skills, accompanied by a hands-on approach. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek. Strategic thinking and organizational skills. Familiarity with Power BI will be considered an asset.
