Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA’s Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, provide strategic decision support, and deliver insights to guide EA’s performance.
We are looking for a proactive and passionate analyst to join the Ventures & BCI FP&A team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the Ventures & BCI FP&A Team and their respective Business Partners and work in a hybrid work model.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner effectively with our FP&A team, business partners, and cross functional partners.
  • Support financial reviews with budget owners for annual plan, forecast, and month-end close activities.
  • Ensure up-to-date forecast revisions, including variance investigation (revenue through margin and marketing).
  • Prepare and present business & financial reviews for leaders, focusing on storytelling with clear insights and actionable material.
  • Ensure compliance with EA’s policies and procedures.
