This is an opportunity to join the Low Tier Air & Missile Defense Systems (LTAMDS) finance team within the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as a financial analyst (P2) supporting a Classified Program within the LTAMDS Portfolio looking to expand their skills within the LTAMDS Development Portfolio. These contracts utilize contractual Earned Value (EV) to provide early indicators of performance (cost/schedule) impacts to the programs and allow for corrective measures to be implemented.
The ideal candidate will be able to partner with program leadership and cross functional partners (PMO, supply chain, contracts, engineering. security, DCMA, USG, etc.) to drive execution and influence change. You would be a critical business partner in providing insight and analysis to strategic decisions to achieve bottom-line results. Our partners are all on-site which promotes transparency and open communication. This candidate should also be familiar with or excited to gain experience in the financial lifecycle from cradle to grave (proposal, negotiation, contract setup, baselining, execution, contract close-out). We are looking for someone who has a love for spreading knowledge and influencing process improvements.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity determined by the needs of the business. This position will be expected to support Teams/Programs in the Eastern U.S. time zone and work onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and/or PowerPoint
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER
