Description:

EFI is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Textile Business Unit located in Comun Nuovo, Bergamo area, reporting to the Global FP&A Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This person will engage in and provide financial support for all aspects of the Reggiani BU P&L and opex. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including, reporting, forecasting and accruals.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L reporting.
  • Ad Hoc requests for management.
  • Help drive the monthly forecast and weekly sales forecast process for Reggiani BU. Load forecast data into financial tools as required.
  • Heavy engagement in the annual planning process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large amounts data is required.
  • Organized, accurate and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Italian at a professional level is a requirement for this role. Any other European languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not essential.
  • SAP and BPC experience is highly desirable.
  • Individual must be highly motivated and able to work with tight deadlines.
