For our location in Budapest, Hungary, we are looking for a

EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - REQUIRED

• Diploma in Finance and Accounting.
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Advantage if possesses working knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, S4H, PS.
• Fluency in English and at least intermediate French knowledge.
• Show necessary level of proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project.
• Promote organizational effectiveness through innovations and improvements in business processes using defined processes and tools.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and addressing their needs promptly.
• Use tools such as DMAIC, Six Sigma, and KT for problem solving.

ROLE PURPOSE

Perform end-to-end finance and accounting activities for international locations (primarily EMEA).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall entity finance support tasks.
• 3rd party vendor invoice administration, coding and uploading to CSS EMEA.
• Vendor invoice issue resolution.
• Initiate manual payments as needed, ensure compliance to policy.
• Support employees on expense/invoice/spending queries.
• Create and submit billing requests via IC hub.
• Assist in Month-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparation of any group reporting packages as necessary.
• Work together with Finance team and manager in annual statutory audit including assisting in preparation of statutory documentation of EY, PWC.
• Assist in Greenbook, Blackbook process.
• Work together with Finance team in creating process efficiencies.
• Broaden finance knowledge in relation.
• Ensure Sarbox compliance.
• Other ad-hoc entity support tasks as required.
