Pay Range: $72,000 - $90,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Financial Analyst is a key member and business partner within the ExamOne finance team and will report to the Finance Manager – ExamOne finance. The individual in this role will need to be very agile given the dynamic nature of the businesses.

The role will be a key member of the ExamOne Finance team and also act as a business partner to functional leaders and their teams.

• Reporting of daily volume of business segments with analytics of variance drivers
• Collaborate with centralized teams during the month end close and budget/ forecasting processes (FP&A, Corporate Accounting, etc.)
• Gain understanding of revenue and expense variances and articulate drivers to various levels of management
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Commercial, HR, etc) to ensure smooth functioning of the business and development of new processes
• Month-End close and variance analysis
• Monthly functional Outlook development
• Assist in annual budgeting process as well as monthly financial forecasting
• Collaborating with functional leaders to support strategic initiatives
• Continually strive to improve existing processes and tools for analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Synthesize information from various sources to develop and create new dashboards and reporting tools to analyze business performance
• Identify issues/opportunities to improve performance (growth, productivity)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
