We support companies in their energy transition by optimizing their consumption through our proprietary platform managing 3GW of diversified assets (batteries, renewables, electrolyzers, eBoilers) across 6 countries and 150+ clients. Job Description As Financial analyst, you will report directly to the Business analyst, you will be responsible for the financial closings, the budget and forecasts processes and the reporting: - [MISSION 1 - 40% of time]: Financial closing - Follow-up of our monthly operational / financial closing files (improvements + automations), cash forecasts and budget/forecasts comparisons versus actual figures - [MISSION 2 - 30% of time]: Budget & Forecast - Standardization and continuous improvement of the budget & forecast processes and files - [MISSION 3 - 30% of time]: Reporting & ad hoc analysis - Development of dashboard to improve the business follow-up in coordination with operational teams & dedicated analysis depending on the needs of the operational/management teams Qualifications Do you recognize yourself in this profile? Experience & Technical Skills: - You have at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis - You are fluent in English and French - You master financial statement analysis and know how to interpret figures - You are comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Excel or Google Sheets hold no secrets for you - You have already worked with ERP systems A plus: you have knowledge of SQL and/or Business Intelligence tools Soft skills: - You can easily adapt to constantly changing environments - You are proactive and enjoy solving problems autonomously - You appreciate teamwork and have a collaborative mindset A plus: you have an interest in or knowledge of the energy sector What will make the difference: Your ability to combine analytical rigor with a continuous improvement mindset, while maintaining excellent communication with operational teams.
