We leverage strong relationships with institutional and private investors to build hundreds of homes throughout the Wasatch Front each year, and we are continuing to grow to meet the housing needs within the area.
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic planning and reporting at Fieldstone. This position provides critical analytic support in forecasting the company’s growth and working with the capital markets to support that growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in Real Estate a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to communicate and interact effectively with various teams as needed
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Superior analytical and problems solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail

COMPENSATION SUMMARY

· Annual bonus eligible

Responsibilities
  • Assist in updating/developing proformas as part of the company’s quarterly forecasting process
  • Prepare reports and materials for the board of directors
  • Collaborate with department heads to create and manage project spending budgets and operational metrics
  • Analyze construction loan needs and work with banking partners to ensure necessary funds are available throughout the construction process
  • Maintain budgets in accounting system
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for the executive leadership team
