MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT This role is ideal for finance professionals looking to build modern analytical skills while contributing to a large-scale transformation initiative. You will drive reporting modernization efforts, develop meaningful insights, and support Finance teams as they transition to modern tools, automation workflows and enhanced analytics environments. Financial Modeling & Analytics • Develop and maintain financial models that support forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. • Build clear, insight‑driven dashboards that highlight trends, variances, and operational drivers. • Use visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to design standardized reporting components. • Work closely with the Senior Manager to enhance Oracle EPM reporting capabilities and strengthen data quality across Finance. Narrative Reporting & Automation • Support the development of automated narrative reporting packages, ensuring consistency and clarity in corporate reporting. • Maintain and refine the technical components that power automated content assembly. Modernizing Management Reporting • Participate in the design and rollout of automated management reporting suites that reduce manual work and improve accuracy. • Help transition legacy reporting processes into scalable, repeatable, and data‑driven solutions. Training, Enablement & Community Engagement • Serve as an instructor and peer resource for Finance team members adopting new visualization and reporting tools. • Support training sessions, community forums, and enablement activities that promote data literacy and standardized analytics practices. The Financial Analyst must have: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science ● Experience: 2+ years of related experience ● Technical skills: Data analytics/reporting experience. The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
