The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious FP&A Business Analyst to join the Group Finance team, working closely with an experienced Finance Business Partner and stakeholders across a range of corporate functions.

This is a varied position combining financial planning, reporting, modelling and commercial analysis. You will play an important role in supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, providing meaningful financial insights and improving the systems and reporting tools used across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and financial planning processes
• Preparing financial analysis, management reporting and performance commentary
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support scenario analysis and commercial decision-making
• Working closely with Finance Business Partners to identify risks, opportunities and key performance drivers
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and analysis
• Maintaining and improving financial models and reporting methodologies
• Preparing executive reporting packs, presentations and financial dashboards
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality and financial processes
• Supporting improvements in analytical tools, automation and business intelligence capabilities
