Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Versaterm is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst focusing on our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be partnering with executive leaders across the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to analyze Versaterm’s Go-To-Market strategies and help drive market capture and revenue growth. This role is strategic, impactful, and highly critical.

The Financial Analyst (GTM) is a key member of both the company’s Finance and GTM teams and will be a key influencer of our revenue growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create and maintain our Go-To-Market Financial Models (SAAS)
  • Build and maintain GTM financial models and analysis of our various business scenarios, markets, and customer and product segments
  • Conduct in-depth marketing, government affairs, sales and partner success performance analysis, to drive prospect engagement, lead generation, sales & customer retention
  • Develop key operational and financial indicators of success for GTM based upon the financial models and in-depth analysis conducted.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for company leadership teams to aid decision-making
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support the Company’s GTM team as required
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Regularly monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Support Sales Team with RFP analysis and Discount approvals
