To be succesful in this role you will have:

Essentials:

  • You’re on track to complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field) between 2024–2026 and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Interest in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, or other analytics/reporting tools
  • Demonstrated leadership or project involvement in university or internships

The base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only, and does not include short-and long-term incentives or other benefits offered.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst Graduate, you’ll join the Property & Casualty Reinsurance Reporting and Controlling (R&C) Americas team, where you’ll help deliver meaningful and accurate financial reporting to internal business stakeholders. You’ll rotate through multiple functions, giving you exposure to Group IFRS 17 results, performance insights, and global reporting processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to quarterly financial results presentations and forecasting analysis
  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, Actuarial, Claims, and Underwriting to support strategic decisions
  • Gain exposure to global financial controls and compliance frameworks
  • Participate in global project work focused on performance improvement and automation.
