Primarily responsible for the preparation and completion of valuation documents including financial analysis and written narrative
Input financial statement information into a standard financial model, including the normalization of expenses and integration of benchmark comparisons
Using production reports, identify and input billing codes to complete revenue breakdown
Complete capital cost allowance calculations into financial model
Complete Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) projections to create an overall value
Integrate financial analysis component into descriptive form
Accurately transpose information from intake documents into appraisal narrative report format using a standard template
Facilitate and relay effective communication with Sales Representatives and clients/client representatives (e.g. accountants, lawyers).
Work directly with sales representatives, clients, and professionals to gather information and ask questions as needed to move the product process forward.
