• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for various supplier allowances and non-compliance fines.
• Run regularly recurring processes to support monthly close activities, as well as quarterly and year-end reporting.
• Collaborate with the Senior Financial Analyst – Vendor Income to assist with performing analytical reviews of allowance collections and assist with tracking and collection of allowances.
• Participate in annual planning and monthly forecasting with respect to supplier funding and vendor rebates.
• Identify, assess, and communicate issues or opportunities affecting profitability and/or overall efficiencies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend changes that will improve the company’s financial performance. Comply with all internal controls and other relevant accounting standards and policies.
• Additional ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager - Vendor Income
