Description: Financial Analyst- Remote- $80k-100k plus BenefitsPosition Summary
The Financial Analyst provides data-driven insights that support the strategic and operational goals of the Holdco and its subsidiary MEP divisions (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Gas/Fireplace, Septic, etc.). This role is responsible for consolidating financial reporting, analyzing divisional performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accuracy in job costing, margin analysis, and operational KPIs. The Financial Analyst acts as a bridge between finance and operations, helping both leadership and field managers make informed business decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
