Description: Financial Analyst- Remote- $80k-100k plus BenefitsPosition Summary
The Financial Analyst provides data-driven insights that support the strategic and operational goals of the Holdco and its subsidiary MEP divisions (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Gas/Fireplace, Septic, etc.). This role is responsible for consolidating financial reporting, analyzing divisional performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accuracy in job costing, margin analysis, and operational KPIs. The Financial Analyst acts as a bridge between finance and operations, helping both leadership and field managers make informed business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Experience in construction, contracting, or MEP/HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industries strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with competing priorities.
